Print Cycle Solutions Ltd offers this website, including all information, products and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including banking information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. SECTION 4 - SERVICE AND PRICES
All quotations are exclusive of TAX. VAT will be applied to the customers invoice once a purchase order has been provided to the seller.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to external factors such as raw material price increases.
Quotations are valid for 30 days. After this period a new quotation must be submitted to the customer should the price need to be amended.
Quotations will need to be resubmitted should the buyer need to change requirements, which could include volumes, sku's or a change in materials.
Should you need to amend or cancel an order which has already been placed with the seller, you must inform us immediately. Depending on the progress of the job, we still may charge to the value of work completed. Admin charges may also apply should the job need to be cancelled, changed and recreated.
4.1 CREDIT FACILITIES AND INVOICES
Credit facilities may be offered to customers once the customer has completed our credit application forms. Print Cycle Solutions Ltd reserve the right to decline customers credit should they deem offering such terms a risk to the business. The seller reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time.
For customers without credit facilities with Print Cycle Solutions Ltd, Payment will be required as soon as an order has been placed. Goods will not be despatched to the buyer until payment has been made and cleared in the sellers’ bank account.
If credit facilities have been granted, payment of invoice(s) must be made within 30 days of date of invoice. Failure to do so will result in additional charges being applied in accordance with the Late Payment Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998. This may also result in the customers' credit account being revoked.
All invoices must be paid within the 30-day period and under no circumstances should payment be held by the customer. In the rare circumstance that a job has a quality issue or any other circumstance resulting in the delayed delivery of goods, Print Cycle Solutions Ltd may offer to re supply the job or provide a credit to the customer for the full or part value of the job paid, once quality checks have determined that the standard of quality has not been achieved.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Print Cycle Solutions Ltd aim to provide goods and services within the expected time frames to the expected standards of quality, however some outside factors such as material shortages, staff shortages or errors can be made. Print Cycle Solutions Ltd are not liable for any consequential loss that the customer may face as a result of this.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Print Cycle Solutions Ltd will always aim to achieve proposed timescales whilst delivering goods and services, however these are a guide and due to certain factors, may not always be achieved.
The seller will arrange for delivery of goods to the buyer’s address; however the buyer will need to ensure they have the equipment for unloading.
Goods may be delivered to the seller in advance of the proposed delivery date.
You acknowledge that you must check all goods before signing them, as we will take this signage as proof of delivery.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per business or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same bank account and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made to Print Cycle Solutions Ltd. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and banking details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.
